SHOW AND TELL

Good morning everyone!
We start this new month with A SPEAKING ACTIVITY  "SHOW AND TELL"
Ramsgate Arts Primary School

First, choose an object to show and tell on the Tuesday or Thursday speaking class.
It can be anything: your favourite game or toy,  an art or craft, a book, a pet, a picture, etc.
Then, write some notes about it:   

EXAMPLE:
- What does it look like? colour, shape, size:  
        It's a medium-size and black and white box.
- What is it made of? It's made of cardboard and plastic.
- How long have you had it for?
               I bought it seven years ago
               My father gave it to me when I was 3 years old.
-Where did you buy it?
- Why is it your favourite? 
             I love it because it makes me feel happy
             Because it's funny.
- What do you do with it? 
- What is it used for?  It is used for sleeping.
   It is used for playing twice a week and the game is....
- Who do you play with? When do you play with it? 
How many pages has it got? ( books)
All the information about it and the story of the object.
After, you will have to present it on Tuesday or Thursday.
Finally, send me a photo of your writing about it.



No se trata de escribir y leer, sino de enseñar el objeto escogido y hablar sobre él y si se necesita, utilizad el papel para recordar datos y luego a limpio, enviarme la foto del escrito.

THE EARTH AND POSITIVE EFFECTS OF QUARANTINE

Our planet is an amazing place, but it needs our help every day.

Each year on April 22, more than a billion people celebrate Earth Day to protect the planet
from things like pollution and deforestation, and remind people that we must look after our home.

So we are going to think about how to STAY AT HOME has positive effects on our planet and for humans. 

 

 

First, watch these videos, please (Visualizar videos)

Second, think about the positive effects on people, animals, environments and the planet

(Reflexiona)

Third, write ideas of the positive effects on nature on a draft paper. 

                 Example: "Animals are not scared of humans and they feel safe and free."

(Escribir en un papel a sucio los efectos positivos para la naturaleza y para nosotros.)

 

Finally, make a project on a blank paper or card writing these ideas, drawing, clouring and decorating as beautiful as you can. You can use all that you like. Be creative and enjoy !!!

EASTER TIME ACTIVITIES

As we are all at home these Easter holidays, we can celebrate it with our family, do some art and crafts and cook some recipes.
You can hide eggs all over your house and do an EGG HUNT.

There are some delicious desserts and sweets such as eggs of chocolate, cupcakes, Easter gummies, pestiños, monas de Pascua, buñuelos or torrijas. Yummy time!!
 







Watch these videos with ideas that you can do easily with papers and hands or invent any drawing or craft and send me a photo by email.









SOME RECIPES


You can find some natural food to make healthy and easy colors and decorate eggs on Easter.
